El Recursos Humanos no tiene autoridad

Managers, Heads and Managers of Human Resources, we have no more authority to teach us in the University's leadership we have to develop our work and to target all areas to improve and be the leader because he is the decision maker more important business, is totally false, who ultimately make the business work are the CEOs, they are ultimately the company who move through the leaders who are the other areas as I read in an article that made him in the newspaper trade David Fischman a former human resources manager who managed everything, but is aware that the HR is a leader without authority, is the exact phrase to define what it is.

The CEOs of the companies only want to see results fast and accurate with the products they sell offer in the market, when they see that the most important for the company to develop and evaluate work better is having staff working. The powers that little word is the most used in human resources in recent years, there are general and specific skills that improve business processes and enhance the capacity of the person. is very true, but will clear all company managers?.

Well if we talk of Peruvian companies, large companies may make it, but the medium and small No. My experience in that company that employs, I found that for these companies the benefits of implementing powers are not interested, their priority is to sell and sell their products and earn come and compete only giving a quality product, without worrying growth of your business in other respects, I also realized that if you do not have leaders who work in coordination with the other areas can not be applied skills and if you have a suitable organizational climate, will be even worse what you want to achieve.
This company is totally blind, the recommendations to improve the organizational climate, wage rates, integration, training and creativity of people, do not work, people work with fear and extreme individualism, where more than half of the employed workers are mediocre and have never been trained with 15 years working and demanding a raise or complaining that the company mistreats, did my best to make you see what management can do to have a fight at least before competition in the market, but the lack of vision of the CEO and the sub Manager, who is his wife do not improve despite having 30 years in the market. increasingly absorbed by other companies in the ruble that little and achieve more with fewer years.

So the heads of Human Resources have to fight and influence the CEO, to understand that what is proposed will improve, but if we have a mediocre production manager has 20 years stuck in that position, you have an assistant accounting knows only complain in 13 years and a financial assistant who puts his hand to the box for 5 years then we will not solve any problems, I recommended and my ideas were not heard because they want to change their work style. It is for that reason that I agree with David Fischman based on my own experience
THE HUMAN RESOURCES, IS A LEADING WITHOUT AUTHORITY
