donde la protagonista principal decide poner su negocio propio después de ser
despedida sus ganas de ser empresario y
los problemas de desempleo, xenofobia, racismo, clasismo va volviendo la trama
más interesante. Vean las entrevistas que realiza la protagonista al realizar
la selección y la contratación de personal. El final vean lo ustedes mismos.

Uno de mis directores favoritos, en esta película es
una de las más logradas con respecto a la lucha entre la empresario y el
sindicato en donde el hijo de un obrero regresa luego de estudiar en la universidad y por estar
cerca de su familia postula a la empresa donde laboran su padre y hermana, la
decisión de hijo en apoya a su familia o a la empresa se ven dramatizadas con
los personajes que aparecen durante el rodaje. Las mejores partes están en los
diálogos entre el hijo jefe de recursos humanos y su padre. Disfrútenla.

Una película chilena, en donde un Julio un joven
peruano ilegal, quiere forjarse mejor futuro y se ve envuelto en un sitio
desconocido, donde a pesar de sus esfuerzos no logra conectarse a un país que
no es el suyo y su aspectos físico y psicológico se van desgastando sin lograr
su objetivo como es sentirse bien en un lugar desconocido. Es una película muy
real de que como viven nuestros compatriotas que no teniendo las oportunidades
en su patria viajan en pos de querer cumplir un sueño que muchas veces se
hace realidad, pero nos muestra que el mundo laboral fuera de su país es más
difícil de lo que pensaba.

4. La Cuestión Humana - La Question Humaine, (Nicola Klotz 2008)
Una película simple, pero con excelentes diálogos donde un psicólogo jefe del área de recursos humanos le encargan a tratar al director general que se creído perturbado, en donde la intriga entre lo psicológico y lo político hace que la personalidad del personaje principal Simón se vuelva siniestro, extraño con sombras del pasado que lo hacen pensar que es lo que somos y como lo que somos no es lo es todo es solo es cuestión humana.

Una película también francesa, en donde se toca el tema del desempleo, en donde un hombre hace creer a su familia que tiene un empleo y sale todos los días a buscar trabajo que no encuentra y va envolviéndose con la realidad y la fantasía que el mismo personaje crea y hace creer a su familia. Todo gira alrededor del personaje principal, un hombre, mediocre, gris y triste, pero que hace ver que hay muchas personas que en algún momento de sus vida han perdido su y por momentos uno se llega a identificar con el personaje muy buena película.
A film also French, where it touches the issue of unemployment, where a man does his family think that has a job and goes out every day to look for work and will not find wrapping with reality and fantasy that the same creates character and his family led to believe. Everything revolves around the main character, a man, mediocrity, gray and sad, but he does see so many people at some point in their life have lost and at times one comes to identify with the character very good movie.

Una película de regular intensidad en donde nos muestran que loso grandes ejecutivos de las grandes empresas también pueden ser salpicados por las crisis económica y cuando llevan un ritmo de vida que exitoso y después dejan de tenerla pierden ese estatus y esa altivez se ven humillados al ser despedidos y entrar en la pobreza, quizás sea una de las películas menos logradas con respecto a recursos humanos y muy criticada, porque si ganas más de 200,000 dólares al año como es posible que te quedes pobre por más ritmo de vida de gasto que tengas, pero es interesante que la vean para que tengan una opinión negativa o positiva al respecto.

Una muy buena película donde un grupo de trabajadores de dar mantenimiento a los ferrocarriles en Inglaterra ven como sus derechos son amenazados por criterios meramente productivos hasta el punto que son obligados a firmar sus cartas de renuncias si no se atienen a las reglas de la empresa. No solo nos muestra al trabajador obrero en su aspecto laboral, sino en el lado personal en donde se ven las vicisitudes y necesidades de las familia en cuestión hay tantos factores ricos en esta película como el miedo, alegrías, solidaridad, honradez, convicciones, y la camaradería. Hay mucho humor y drama, no esperaba muchos encontrar algo con respecto a los recursos humanos, pero tiene todo lo indicado para recomendarla, como que en una sociedad tan rica puede todavía existir la lucha entre la empresa y el sindicato.
A very good movie where a group of workers for maintaining railways in England see as their rights are threatened for purely productive to the extent that they are required to sign their letters of resignations if they do not abide by the rules of the company. It only shows the worker workers working in their appearance, but on the personal side where you see the events and needs of the family there are so many factors involved in this film rich as fear, joy, solidarity, honesty, conviction, and camaraderie. There is a lot of humor and drama, not expecting many find something about human resources, but has everything to recommend it indicated, that in a society as rich as the fight may still exist between the company and the union.

buena película, tendrían que verla para saber cómo es que se logra el sueño
americano y es esfuerzo de un hombre por lograrlo. Tienen que verla tiene mucho
drama y muchas situaciones que no hacen ver que cuando uno tiene ganas de
lograr algo en la vida todo es posible con el esfuerzo que le pongas
A very good movie, would have to see it to know how it is achieved the American dream and effort of a man to achieve it. They have to see it has much drama and many situations that do not see that when one wants to achieve something in life everything is possible with the effort you put

Gerente de Recursos Humanos - Human resource management ( Eran Riklis 2010 )
Una película super interesante de cómo debe ser un Gerente de
Recursos Humanos, el personaje principal que es el gerente una de su
trabajadoras que es inmigrante fallece en un atentado terrorista en Israel,
pero tiene que llevar el cuerpo de la difunta a su tierra natal una ciudad de
europa que nadie conoce, transportándola en una camioneta, la travesía es una
serie de vicisitudes donde el humor y el esfuerzo del gerente por cumplir con
su responsabilidad y así evitar que su empresa tenga problemas de índole
laboral.

Una película no recomendaba para los empresarios, pero muy
valorada en la época de los 70 y 80 por los sindicalistas y las feministas en
donde Sally Fields se luce en un papel de líder sindical en donde los maltratos
del empresario hacia los trabajadores era una constante, pero nadie le hace
frente ni nadie se sindicaliza, y es donde Norma se une a otros trabajadores
para formar un sindicato y luchar por sus derechos, una película intensa y
recomendada
